Equine Welfare & Development Lead

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) is seeking an Equine Welfare and Development Officer based at our national office in Warwickshire. The role will coordinate equine welfare efforts, liaise with BEF, and develop resources for Groups and volunteers to promote safe horse care and welfare practices.

Responsibilities include supporting welfare guidance, maintaining records, and contributing to advisory groups.
