Production Manager

As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Direct all shop floor operations, leading production and personnel to deliver safe, high-quality products to schedule
• Plan and schedule production to hit targets and meet customer expectations
• Optimise people, equipment and materials to keep the operation running efficiently
• Lead, supervise and develop the production workforce, strengthening a positive site culture
• Uphold quality and health and safety standards, driving continuous improvement across the floor
• Control costs against budget and work with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and streamline workflows

As a Production Manager, your experience will include:

• An Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations degree, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 to 5 years in a production management role
• A background in manufacturing or production
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills
• Good Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP and production planning software
