We’re looking for an experienced, delivery focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us across LinuxRecruit and our exciting new AI recruitment brand.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious technology companies in Europe, from high growth, VC backed AI startups to globally recognised technology businesses.
The best bit? This isn’t a traditional 360 recruitment role.
We’re looking for someone who loves the recruitment side of recruitment. Someone who thrives on identifying exceptional talent, building relationships with hard to find candidates and delivering on challenging technical assignments.
The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment team, supporting an established portfolio of clients and helping build our new AI focused recruitment business.
You’ll be recruiting across some of the most exciting areas of technology, including:
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Software Engineering & AI Infrastructure
- Emerging Technologies & Deep Tech
You’ll have access to live requirements, established client relationships and opportunities to work with businesses at the forefront of technological innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and engaging exceptional technical talent across the UK and Europe.
- Managing the end to end candidate recruitment process, from initial approach through to placement.
- Building strong candidate networks within highly specialised technology markets.
- Partnering with our consultants to deliver on exclusive and high value assignments.
- Developing a deep understanding of our clients, their technologies and the talent they need.
- Helping shape the candidate sourcing and delivery strategy for our new AI recruitment brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in candidate delivery.
- Ideally a background in technology recruitment, although we’re open to other specialist markets.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys sourcing, headhunting and engaging candidates.
- Excellent candidate management and relationship building skills.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to finding talent in competitive markets.
- Someone commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by delivering results.
