Senior Employment Lawyer – Lead & Mentor Team

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to lead a busy Employment team in Bristol. You will manage a mixed caseload for claimants and respondents and mentor other lawyers within the group.

The role offers progression towards senior management and Partner level, with hybrid working and a strong focus on development and client relationships. Experience across all Employment Tribunal litigation is essential.
