Working closely with our Production, Logistics and Transport teams, you’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking and despatching stock whilst maintaining excellent inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. Alongside warehouse duties, you’ll also support our recycling operation, undertake stock checks and occasionally make local deliveries using a company vehicle. Above all, you’ll help us maintain the high standards of quality, customer service and Health & Safety that our customers expect.

  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, quality and operational procedures at all times.
  • Report any safety concerns, stock discrepancies or operational issues promptly.
  • Undertake occasional local deliveries using a company vehicle when required.
  • Support colleagues across the wider operation and undertake other reasonable duties as required.

What You Will Bring

  • Previous warehouse experience (ideally around two years or more).
  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (B1) and FLT experience (ideally around two years or more).
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • Good IT literacy together with Maths and English to GCSE level (or equivalent).
  • A sound understanding of Health & Safety within a warehouse environment.
  • The ability to prioritise work, use your own initiative and remain organised during busy periods.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the operation as required.

It Would Also Be Advantageous If You Have

  • A valid Powered Pallet Truck (A3 PPT) licence.
  • Experience working within the packaging, manufacturing or industrial consumables sector.

What You Will Get

  • 22 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus public holidays.
