Cardiac Devices Patient Education Specialist

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Educator to join the Cardiac Physiological team. The role focuses on educating patients awaiting device therapy or requiring ongoing monitoring, and delivering education at referral, in hospital, and post-implant stages.

You will work within the cardiac rhythm management team alongside consultants, specialist nurses and senior physiologists to ensure patients receive comprehensive information on heart failure, device therapy
