Relief Support Worker Flexible, Person-Centred Wellbeing

CrossReach is seeking Relief Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care across residential and day services in Scotland. You will support wellbeing, independence and quality of life, with training provided. A flexible, team-based role includes evenings, weekends and overnight shifts, underpinned by CrossReach’s values.

You will bring a caring, patient approach, good communication, and basic IT skills. Prior experience in social care is welcome but not essential.
