Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for Shipley Lodge – Heanor, Derbyshire on a part-time basis (17.5 hours/week). The role involves supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health challenges, helping with daily living skills and rehabilitation within a 16-bed home.
You will work on a rota, in a 24/7 service, providing one-to-one guidance and liaising with mental health agencies to promote recovery and independence.
