Automotive Service Advisor – Customer Experience Champion

Arnold Clark Group in Edinburgh is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our Fiat/BYD branch. You will welcome customers, coordinate service bookings and ensure a friendly, efficient experience from first contact to vehicle handover.

You will liaise with workshop teams, update records, upsell where appropriate, and keep accurate vehicle and customer data. A full UK driving licence is required.
