Our client in West London is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to service a high end estate near Southall. Salary up to £34k per year, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, with 28 days holiday and pension contributions.
The role involves general maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical works, and some decorating/painting tasks across the estate. Ideal candidates have strong commercial maintenance experience and good communication skills.
