Target Housing is seeking a Property & Maintenance Administrator to coordinate repairs across our portfolio, from initial report to completion. You will prioritise tasks, book appointments, and allocate work to contractors while monitoring progress and key KPIs.
You will manage a shared inbox and phone enquiries, organise Health & Safety inspections, and collaborate with tenants, landlords, and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly. Training will be provided on Awaab’s Law-related actions.
