Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an established estate agency in Letchworth, seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the lettings team with day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties.

You will handle tenant enquiries, arrange maintenance, inspections, renewals and liaise with landlords and contractors to ensure high levels of service, while maintaining records. Office-based, Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, with 28 days holiday and a £30k-£35k salary.
