Private Wealth Management Operations – Private Lending Services – Analyst- London

Overview

In this role you will support the Private Lending Services team within PWM operations, partnering with senior leaders across regions to ensure compliant loan origination, funding, and servicing while delivering excellent client experience. You will become a subject matter expert on loans, enabling effective risk controls and process improvements in a growing business. The role bridges multiple functions to maintain regulatory compliance and strong client relationships. You will work closely with cross-divisional teams to drive efficiency and strengthen controls, shaping the Private Lending workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the private lending organization by collaborating with regional managers, underwriters, credit, legal, and other operations teams across regions
• Become a subject matter expert in Loans and support application, origination and ongoing servicing within the portfolio
• Partner with PWM PWAs and WMPS to assist clients through origination and servicing stages
• Apply strong control and risk management to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality client service
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and strengthen controls in a growing business

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven client service skills with ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to build relationships with senior business leaders across divisions
• Self-motivated, proactive, with strong organization and ability to manage competing priorities
• Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
