n A leading regional firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Finance Solicitor to join its growing corporate team in Stoke-on-Trent.
n This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to be part of a successful, commercially focused team with an established reputation in the market.
n The Role
n You will work on a broad range of corporate finance matters, advising businesses, lenders and investors on transactions including:
n Acquisition and development finance;
n Corporate lending and refinancing;
n Investment and private equity transactions;
n Share and asset acquisitions and disposals;
n MBOs and MBIs;
n Security and associated finance documentation; and
n General corporate and commercial matters.
n You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on significant transactions, whilst developing strong relationships with a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs through to larger regional and national organisations.
n The Candidate
n The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years' PQE and have solid experience in corporate finance work within a recognised commercial law team.
n You will be commercially minded, technically strong and confident dealing directly with clients. The ability to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively as part of a wider team will be essential.
