Org Design Specialist | 12‑Month FTC | Hybrid

RedGreen Partners is seeking an experienced Organisation Design Specialist for a 12 Month FTC in Greater Manchester. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office, and focuses on shaping how work gets done through evidence-led organisation design across multiple programmes.

You will work hands-on on operating models, governance, and organizational structures, supported by data insights, and you’ll facilitate workshops while advising senior leaders on practical design options.
