Residential Social Care Worker 2 – Nurture & Empower Youth

The Highland Council in Strathpeffer is seeking a Social Care Worker 2 to join our residential care team. The role provides round-the-clock support to young people, focusing on building trusting relationships and promoting their wellbeing in a safe, caring environment.

You will work with a dedicated team to deliver trauma-informed care, ensuring the young people feel secure and supported as they grow. Registration with the SSSC and ongoing training are required.
