We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Crawley office, working across the local and wider Sussex recruitment market.
Our current team specialise in Hospitality and Healthcare – we are looking for recruiters from other sectors to expand into new markets in other regions. Interaction operate in commercial, industrial, construction, education and more – there are plenty of existing relationships to leverage.
This is an opportunity for a recruiter who knows how to build relationships, win business and deliver a high-quality service to both clients and candidates. We’re open to consultants with experience across different sectors – whether your background is in Industrial, Driving, Commercial, Hospitality, Construction, Engineering, or another specialist recruitment market.
What matters most is recruitment experience, commercial drive and the ability to build and grow a successful desk.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing your own recruitment desk
- Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing quality candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement
- Identifying opportunities to develop your market and increase revenue
- Working collaboratively with the wider Interaction Recruitment network
- Providing a professional, responsive service to clients and candidates
What we’re looking for:
- Recruitment experience essential – agency recruitment experience preferred
- A proven ability to develop relationships and win new business
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
- Confident communicating with clients and candidates
- Organised, self-driven and able to manage your own desk
- Ambitious and motivated by career and financial progression
- A team player who wants to contribute to the growth of the wider business
