Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and quality in candidate placements.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse and skilled talent pools.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs.
• Drive new business development efforts to expand the company’s client portfolio in Randburg and beyond.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant with proven leadership or team management skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex recruitment projects and achieving targets.
• Deep understanding of the South African recruitment market, especially in Gauteng .
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
