One of my existing clients is looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their Energy and Infrastructure division.

About the Role

This is a permanent, office-based role in Newcastle upon Tyne, offering £28,000 to £30,000 per year. You’ll be working. If you’re a recent graduate with energy and ambition, this is your chance to launch a recruitment career with genuine scope to grow.

Responsibilities

• Build your recruitment expertise from the ground up in a fast-moving energy and infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Required Skills

• Recent graduate with a genuine interest in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for the energy and infrastructure sectors, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience on the phones within a business to business or business to consumer environment

Preferred Skills

• Any prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
• Familiarity with recruitment software or CRM platforms is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

£28,000 to £30,000, permanent contract, office-based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
