What You’ll Do
- Drive Service Delivery: Champion seamless, welcoming, and high-quality service across all commercial food, drink, and event spaces
- Develop the Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a 18-strong front-of-house team through continuous training, coaching, and career development
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure full operational excellence across licensing laws, health and safety, food hygiene, and venue compliance

JOB TITLE Commercial Operations Manager
SALARY £30,831 per annum

PENSION Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension
HOLIDAYS Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. Annual leave entitlement increases by one day for each year of continuous service, up to a maximum of 41 days.
