Hard FM Contract Support Administrator

Dalkia UK is seeking a proactive Contract Support Administrator to help deliver Hard FM services at the University of Lincoln. You will coordinate maintenance tasks, monitor deadlines, and support engineers to meet targets, while keeping accurate records in the CAFM system.

With strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach, you will liaise with engineers, clients and end users, prioritise workloads and contribute to service improvements across the contract.
