Frontline Duty Manager: Lead Guests & Hotel Ops

Premier Inn in Manchester Salford Quays is recruiting for a Duty Manager to lead shifts and keep the hotel running smoothly. The role covers reception, housekeeping and restaurant duties, with emphasis on guest service and team leadership during busy periods.

You’ll supervise from the floor, deliver pre-shift briefings, coach colleagues, handle guest questions and resolve issues quickly. A dynamic, customer-focused personality is essential; evening and weekend work is required.
