Impactful Housing Support Worker

Horton Housing seeks two full-time Housing Support Workers for our service in Central Bradford. You will help people to achieve personal goals, develop tailored support plans and support tenancy readiness, welfare access, and appointments.

You will carry welfare checks and safeguard duties, with emphasis on empathetic, person-centred care. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required; 35-hour weeks and 6 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays apply.
