Enterprise Architect, Agentforce Supply Chain

Overview

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will own end-to-end integration strategy for large-scale supply chain and manufacturing transformations. You’ll design and ship production-grade integration solutions that connect Agentforce with core systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM. In cross-functional settings, you’ll guide executives on AI integration roadmaps and translate field learnings into the Agentforce platform. This role combines hands-on technical delivery with strategic leadership in enterprise AI. You’ll join a mission-driven team at Salesforce, shaping scalable, real-world AI integrations for complex customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver API-led connectivity strategies for enterprise integrations
• Design agentic data pipelines and production-ready solutions
• Engage with customers’ executive teams to define AI integration roadmaps
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ship solutions that scale in large enterprises
• Contribute to shaping Agentforce platform and methodology with field learnings

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience integrating ERP, PLM, and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of Generative AI landscape and AI-enabled integration
• Expertise in integration architecture: API-led connectivity, process orchestration, ALM, and security
• Strong engineering background with coding proficiency (Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar)
• Willingness to travel domestically for client engagements
• 2+ years in enterprise architecture in customer-facing roles
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI in enterprise settings
• Knowledge of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software
