Hybrid In-House Commercial Counsel – UK/IP Focus

Advance HE is seeking a Legal Adviser to provide professional legal guidance across the organisation, handling tenders, commercial contracts and our trademark portfolio. The role supports UK and international compliance and aims to minimise legal risk.

This in-house position is hybrid with a nominal office in York, full-time 35 hours per week, starting 7 December 2026 for a 3-month FTC ending 31 March 2027. The post offers a generous pension, enhanced family leave, and flexible working hours.
