In-House Property & Disputes Counsel

JMC Legal Recruitment’s client seeks an In‑House Legal Counsel to join a North London team on a full-time basis. You will own end‑to‑end property litigation, conveyancing, and commercial matters as the sole internal legal expert working directly with the business principals.

You will draft and negotiate residential leases and contracts, manage disputes up to £30,000, and oversee related operational legal tasks while coordinating with surveyors, authorities, and lenders.
