Swoop Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Property Sales / Business Development Consultant in London (The Strand). You will be based at the head office, supporting multiple offices to grow instructions and strengthen relationships.
You’ll manage a portfolio of 10–12 offices, engaging with vendors, landlords and developers to generate valuations and instructions, and perform account management across subscribing offices. This role is advisory, relationship-led and commercially focused.
