Senior Financial Accountant – Real Estate Growth Leader

Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is partnering with a well-established property business in the West Midlands to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant. You will own financial reporting, controls and compliance across a multi-entity group, working closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership.

You’ll lead month-end closes, statutory accounts for SPVs, group consolidation, budgeting and cash flow, and support acquisitions and refinancing.
