Hybrid Sustainability Lead – Real Estate & ESG Strategy

Verdant Search is seeking a Sustainability Manager to join a leading commercial real estate ESG team in Central London. You will embed ESG across workstreams, manage data collection and reporting, and help deliver sustainability initiatives for employees, clients and properties.

Key responsibilities include advising on ESG best-practice, developing strategies for energy, water and waste, and reporting to SECR, GRESB and related schemes. Hybrid work with client-site travel is expected.
