Automotive Service Advisor – On-Site Customer Care

Richmond Motor Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for the Greater Southampton or Portsmouth area. This full-time, on-site role focuses on greeting customers, recording service requirements, and coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate repairs and timely completion.

You will prepare estimates and invoices, communicate progress to customers, promote additional services where appropriate, and maintain high customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
