Eyewear Consultant and Customer Care Specialist

Boots Opticians in-store team seeks a Retail Assistant who will be the first and last point of contact for customers. On the shop floor you’ll build relationships, listen to needs, and help customers find the right eyewear solution, from greeting arrivals to assisting with pre-screening activities and eye tests.

Based in store and reporting to the store manager, you’ll handle dispensing, collections, aftercare, and day-to-day admin to keep the shop running smoothly.
