IT Helpdesk Technician – Hands-On Support Across Sites

Scolmore Group is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to support users across offices, warehouses, and operations from our Tamworth head office. This role offers hands-on work, ownership of incidents, and a path to develop skills in business-critical systems.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, remote and in person, manage Active Directory/Entra ID, and assist with Intune deployment, security, and device provisioning.
