Hands-on IT Helpdesk Technician | 1st/2nd Line Support

Scolmore Group is seeking a hands-on IT Helpdesk Technician to support users across offices, warehouses, and operations from our Tamworth site. You will provide 1st and 2nd line assistance via phone, email, remote and in person, taking ownership of incidents to resolution.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Windows 11, device deployment, AD/Entra ID user management, Intune enrollment, and end-user device support. A long-term career path in IT is encouraged.
