Overview

In Citi FX Tech, you will implement FX trading systems and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, low-latency solutions. You will help design system architecture, work closely with trading and quant stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables with proper documentation. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, deep dives into code, and applying industry trends to improve platforms. This is a global, high-impact role shaping Citi’s FX technology foundation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on implementation of FX trading systems
• Collaborate with teams across FX Trading Technology to deliver business benefits
• Drive design and development of system architecture
• Ensure staff follows Citi policy and maintain documentation for filings

Key requirements

• Understanding of FX (highly preferred)
• Knowledge of ultra low-latency development practices
• Proven track record building new systems or renovating legacy ones
• Systems knowledge (software, hardware, networks) to define solutions and troubleshoot issues
