As The Sushi Co. continues to grow across the UK, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team and play a key role in the next stage of our journey.

We’re looking for someone who understands high-volume food operations, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about quality, consistency, training and operational excellence.

As Head Chef, you’ll help us:

• Maintain and continuously improve our food quality and standards
• Develop and train our kitchen and sushi teams
• Support new store openings and our growing network
• Drive consistency across all locations
• Support menu development and operational improvements
• Champion food safety, efficiency and our culture of Kaizen – constant improvement
