Technical Support & Incident Assurance Specialist

NEC Software Solutions seeks a Technical Consultant to provide technical support and assurance across Control Room Support, incidents, changes and documentation for UK and international customers. Remote or on-site work is possible, with national security clearance requirements including SC/NPPV3.

You will engage in 2nd-line support, Change Delivery and Technical Assurance, contributing to automation and scripting, maintaining knowledge bases and ensuring service integrity.
