UK Cleaning Services BDM — Drive National Contracts

All In 1 Facilities Management is expanding and seeks an experienced Business Development Manager – Cleaning Services to secure new commercial cleaning contracts across the UK. You will own new business development, build a profitable client portfolio and lead proposals from first contact through mobilisation.

As the cleaning-services specialist, you will run site surveys, develop specifications, price with the estimator, and negotiate contracts with Facilities Managers and Procurement teams.
