IT Service Desk Analyst – Fixed-Term (6-12 months)

Liebherr–Great Britain Ltd in Biggleswade is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst on a fixed-term basis for 6 to 12 months to streamline IT communications and prioritise tickets in line with business objectives. You will help ensure IT responses meet business requirements in a timely way and that audit and security policies are applied.

The role is on site at Biggleswade. The successful candidate will log requests, triage incidents, and coordinate with other IT teams to restore service quickly.
