Care Navigator: Patient Services, Part-Time Shifts

Newhall Surgery is expanding its Care Navigation Team and seeks 2-3 motivated individuals for part-time work. You will handle front-desk duties, calls, and patient enquiries with discretion, supporting clinical teams and ensuring smooth appointment booking.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, good IT ability, and experience in customer-facing roles; DBS checks apply, with flexible shifts from early to late within 8.00am–6.30pm.
