In Shelton, join Severn Trent’s Capital Delivery team as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple capital engineering and construction schemes. You will drive delivery against project KPIs and report to the Lead Project Manager, helping to ensure successful capital projects within the Capital and Commercial Services area. Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple capital engineering and construction schemes
• Deliver on key project KPIs within Capital and Commercial Services
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Report progress to the Lead Project Manager
• Proactively anticipate issues and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain cost awareness and ensure alignment with budgetary targets

Key requirements

• Ideally degree qualified or with relevant industry experience in project and programme delivery
• Experience managing NEC projects is desirable
• Proven track record of cost planning and budgetary responsibility
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence mandatory
