Head of B2C Sales & Growth – Sheffield

UniHomes is seeking a Head of B2C Sales to lead and grow our consumer sales and retentions function from our Sheffield office. You’ll own the B2C sales strategy, forecast revenue and directly line manage the team, scaling during peak summer with temporary telesales colleagues.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience and Product to optimise the student journey, delivering a high‑impact, student‑first sales function and reporting to the Head of Sales.
