We are actively seeking a customer service focused individual who enjoys interacting with clients based in St Albans.

Categorised as an Internal Sales Executive your day to day your role will be to engage with clients existing and prospect quoting prices and securing orders. You must have good numeracy ability together with an excellent telephone manner. Your role is to try and secure bookings from client’s who have shown an interest in quotations. Building a rapport with clients to ensure repeat business. You will work within a team of 5 talking clients through the formalities of the business.

The successful applicant must possess:

• A friendly telephone manner
• An energetic, enthusiastic personality
• Strong negotiating skills
• Good attention to detail
• A positive atittue and desire to succeed
