Technology Innovation – Senior Consultant/Associate/Engagement Manager – London

Overview

In this role, you will lead or contribute to technology-enabled transformation projects within Oliver Wyman’s Technology Innovation team. You will work closely with clients and senior colleagues to structure problems, perform analyses, and develop practical recommendations that drive measurable value. You’ll mentor junior staff and help shape project strategy while thriving in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. The opportunity centers on delivering impact through data, AI, and innovative tech strategies at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and own major workstreams from problem structuring to recommendations
• Perform rigorous analysis, synthesize findings, and present actionable insights
• Collaborate with clients and senior team members; coach junior colleagues
• Balance independent work with team leadership to manage priorities and ensure rigor
• Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring practical and cohesive solutions
• Provide thought leadership and maintain strong client relationships

Key requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in top-tier strategy consulting or in-house strategy/tech innovation
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to leverage advanced analyses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
