Sr. Leader, Project Management (Commercial Excellence)

Overview

As Senior Leader, Project Management, you drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives within Cytiva’s Commercial Excellence portfolio to accelerate business impact. You will lead global project teams, delivering on time, on budget, and with minimal risk, while coordinating with OpCo leaders and PMO stakeholders. You’ll help rollout annual improvement priorities and surface new PMO opportunities to improve selling time and ease of doing business. This role offers visibility across the organization and a chance to shape how Cytiva translates science into tangible health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across the Commercial Excellence portfolio
• Lead cross-functional project teams with plans delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal risk
• Provide project updates at PMO Review with VP of Commercial Excellence and OpCo leaders
• Participate in rollout of annual improvement priorities via Policy Deployment
• Act as primary point of contact for Cytiva OpCo leaders on in-flight initiatives and identify new PMO demands

Key requirements

• 7 years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects on time, on budget, with minimal risk
• Strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently
• Experience making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (overnight/international)
• Undergraduate degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
