Bench Head Chef: Lead Brigade, Create Menus, Grow Skills

The Evolv Collection is seeking a Bench Head Chef to lead all aspects of the restaurant’s food offering across our London venues. You will drive menu development, manage health and safety, and oversee GP, P&L, forecasting, and stock control while leading a high-performing brigade on the pass.
