Interim Commercial Manager – Remote (Public Sector)

1st Executive Ltd. is seeking an Interim Commercial Manager to lead high-value public sector procurement activities. The role is home-based with travel to London site as needed, supporting a major public sector organisation.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end procurements, drafting documentation and guiding stakeholders through PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. Ideal candidates have healthcare procurement experience and the ability to multitask 15–20 projects concurrently.
