Responsibilities

• Advise on a varied caseload of business immigration matters
• Manage Skilled Worker visa applications and Sponsor licence processes
• Conduct sponsorship compliance and right-to-work audits
• Respond to immigration enforcement actions and support clients in audits
• Provide immigration support on Corporate transactions and due diligence
• Collaborate with clients and contribute to broader team projects
• Support business development and networking initiatives

Key requirements

• 4+ years’ PQE in business immigration
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience supporting corporate transactions (desirable)
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
• Interest in networking, BD and contributing to team growth
