Senior Early Years Practitioner & Team Lead

Caring Kindergartens Ltd in Daventry is seeking a dedicated early years practitioner with a Level 3 childcare qualification to join our nursery team.

You will lead a small group of children, observe and assess progress, plan engaging activities within the EYFS framework, and collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, caring environment where children feel valued and encouraged to learn.
