NRG. is seeking Contact Centre Advisors to join their expanding team in the UK. This is a telephone-based customer service, sales and renewals role, with the majority of customer contact being inbound.
You’ll speak with existing customers about their insurance products, identify renewal or additional product opportunities, with some outbound contact as policies near renewal. You’ll work to targets while maintaining a friendly, professional service and complying with regulations.
