Machine Operator – Production (Temp to Perm) 40h/wk

DS Smith Packaging in Neath is seeking an Operator to join a busy manufacturing site. You will set up and run machines, ensure output meets DS Smith standards, and support the team to hit productivity targets.

The role requires 2+ years in production, 1+ year machine operation, good communication, and solid UK health and safety knowledge. 40-hour week, rotating shifts, temporary role with potential permanent placement; paid holidays and progression opportunities are offered.
